At Allens Boots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your boots are in original condition with all tags attached and show no signs of outdoor wear or scuffing on the soles.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the boots back in their original branded box, secure them in a shipping container, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
